Worship Times

Pine Ridge Congregation Simple Traditional Worship
At 8:00 a.m. we worship with a simple and traditional service. This 45-minute service includes hymns led by the organ or piano, great sermons from our pastoral team, readings from the Bible and all the other cornerstone elements of a traditional worship service.  On occasion special music may be performed by the bell choir, or other musical guest.  Before or after this service, members and guests are invited to enjoy coffee at the Holy Grounds Café.

Contemporary Worship Service and Sunday School
At 9:15 a.m. we celebrate Sunday worship with a contemporary praise service led musically by our praise team and praise band.  We offer up our voices through contemporary hymns, readings from the Bible and terrific sermons offered by our pastoral team during this service.  Children, families and individuals of all ages worship together until 9:45 a.m., when children are dismissed to Sunday School. Infants are welcome in our cry room or nursery at any time during the service.  Adults remain in the sanctuary for the sermon and other cornerstone elements of our worship service.  When the service ends at 10:15 a.m., parents are invited to enjoy a cup of coffee and fellowship in the Holy Grounds Café before collecting their children from Sunday School at 10:45 a.m.

Traditional Worship Pine Ridge pastor
At 11:00 a.m. we join together for our main traditional service. This hour-long service includes hymns led by the organ or piano, terrific sermons and all the other cornerstone elements of a traditional worship service.  Following the welcome, prayer and opening hymn, children are invited to come to the front of the church for a "children's sermon" offered by the pastor, and afterward children ages 2-7, are dismissed to the toddler room (ages 2-3) or the Godly Play room (ages 4-7), where kids will participate in a worship service designed just for them. Infants are welcome in our cry room or nursery at any time during the service.  Children up to age 10 are invited to pick up special coloring pages and crayons outside the sanctuary which help keep hands busy during the service.  The chancel choir brings joyous music to this worship service each week from September through June, and guest soloists of all kinds, the bell choir, voice soloists, small vocal groups and instrumental groups perform each Sunday.  The Holy Grounds Café welcomes visitors both before and after this service, also known as "the third service."
